The room was well-kept and beautifully decorated with an air conditioning and an adjoining terrace.
Really good overall experience. The rooms with good air con. The best and peaceful location not too far away from Medersa Ben Youssef College. A top-notch restaurant and a rooftop bar available...

Nicely furnished room and brand-new with a private terrace. Public parking nearby provided. Roof top bar and nice pool. Unbeatable and incredible location, 15 minutes' walk to a main square.

ideal base for exploring marrakesh's vibrant attractions
Staying here made it so easy to stroll through nearby gems like the fine musee de marrakech and the lively jemaa el-fnaa, both less than a 15-minute walk away, while the friendly staff provided all the help you need to navigate the charming streets of the medina effortlessly. As a family traveler, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and refreshing pools to unwind after a day of exploration, but I did notice a bit of dust on some surfaces that could use a quick clean-up.

Really nice riad. It is a luxury oasis in hectic Marrakech medina. Staff was good. We had a comfortable suite with own terrace. Officially they don't allow young kids under 4 years old. But they mention anything about our 3 year old son. Morrocain staff actually loved our boy.
5% commission on credit card payment. It was the only place in Morocco where we stayed which did charge a commission for credit card payment.

Staff were very helpful, giving us detailed map and explaining where things were and booked restaurants and trips for us. Body scrub and massage at riad were excellent and the setting in the riad was very relaxing.

A Nice Stay with Really good Hospitality
The staff, especially Joel, was really nice with their attention to detail and kindness. We loved our Superior Double Room, beautifully decorated and offered a relaxing atmosphere after exploring the vibrant Medina. Breakfasts were good, with fresh pastries and fruit. My only suggestion would be to improve the wifi connection, as it was spotty at times.

First Class, Chaufer waiting for us at the airport and it was smiles from all the staff all the holiday. The hotel is a delight, so beautiful and tranquil, Boucha, the receptionist, was extremely helpful on our arrival informing us of places to go and not go and where to eat. the Hamman is a must and the hotel chef is a star dishing up fresh Morrocan food with lots of French style. Nothing was too much trouble, they even went out to buy headache tablets! What a superb Riad thank you to all.

great stay but minor wifi issues
The breakfast offered a good selection, made mornings a pleasure. The beautiful decor of our Superior Double Room was inviting and provided a comfortable space to unwind.
The wifi connection was spotty at times, which disrupted my ability to plan daily activities.

The atmosphere -so peaceful around the hustle and bustle outside, the friendliness of the staff, the value for money, the advice and tea given on arrival, the airport services. It was really a pleasure to come back there every day after a busy day sightseeing or shopping and it was so cool and refreshing and peaceful. I would definitely go abck and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The property was in the middle of the city.
Facilities were convenient, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounges. I had a great experience with well-organized tours that allowed me to explore the local area. I appreciate the charm of the place, which feels like a real part of Moroccan culture.
I found that more clear signage would help with navigation. The bathroom door was difficult to close, inconvenient.

The riad is such a peaceful place to stay. As soon as you walk through the door you are met with a great welcome, tea in a beautiful courtyard with plants, water and tortoises. It really feels like an oasis,so calm and relaxed. The room we had was fantastic - large comfy bed and nicely decorated. The terrace on the top of the riad is spacious and a great place to sun bathe or have a cool beer before dinner. The meal we had in the riad was excellent with nice local wine(Not expensive!) Breakfast was good - lots of pastries, fruit, yoghurt etc The riad is not hard to find- take a taxi to the Ben Youssef mosque and someone will guide you to the riad. The area is safe - we felt safe everywhere in the medina although the narrow streets are full of bikes etc. I would recommend this riad to anyone.
